Face Exercise To Slim Down Your Face
How do you feel every time you look at your face in the mirror? Are you concerned about your double chin? Do your chubby cheeks make you look fat? Do you have low self esteem because you have a slim figure, yet you have unnecessary fat in your chin? Are you bothered by the excess fat in your chin and neck?
It’s such a relief to know that there are effective facial exercises intended to reduce double chin. These face workouts are specifically designed to focus on certain parts of the face. So never make your own facial exercises as much as possible, as doing this can be detrimental to your nerves and muscles and might cause irreversible damage. A former colleague of mine believed that one particular face exercise would reduce her chubby cheeks, until she found out later on that the exercise didn’t work when her face begin to sag.
One book that I personally recommend is Ebony Marshall’s book, “Pretty Perfect: A Guide to the Understanding & Achieving a Slim Face and the Most Beautiful You!” This book details many facial exercises that target particular facial problems such as chubby cheeks, double chin and turkey neck. These exercises intend to stretch and strengthen facial muscled and get rid of excess fat in target areas. Moreover, aside from the detailed exercises, Ms. Marshall also discusses effective ways how to care for your skin to make it healthier and achieve that youthful glow that will make you look slimmer, younger and more radiant.
I would like to share with you one of my favorite exercises from the book called “The Blowfish”, kind of like a yoga exercise for the face. This face exercise in particular focuses on the cheeks and is very effective in reducing fat cheeks and toning the face.
Here’s how to do “The Blowfish”:
1. Observe your face in front of a mirror.
2. Close your mouth and “puff” your left cheek, filling it with air. Hold for ten seconds then relax your cheeks.
3. Then “puff” your right cheek, filling it with air. Again, hold for ten seconds then relax your cheeks.
4. Then “puff” both your cheeks with air and hold for ten seconds. Relax your cheeks.
Do this exercise in five repetitions, two times a day. I can personally say that this particular exercise works wonders.
You can get rid of unwanted facial fat in your cheeks and chin in the long run, but you need determination and patience to achieve it. If you do the exercises in the book properly and consistently, you will see positive results.
