How many calories in a Salsa Roja Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap from McDonald’s?
I’ve read online that it’s 250 calories for the wrap, but I’m not sure I believe that. The honey mustard (clearly higher in fat and calories) wrap is 260 calories. I think that having salsa (always low calorie and made of vegetables.) instead of a fatty honey mustard dressing would save more than just 10 calories. Does anyone have any idea how many calories it has?
The official McDonald’s website says a honey mustard wrap is 260, but on another site, I read that a salsa roja wrap has 250.
I appreciate your concern about eating McDonald’s, but I simply asked you to answer the question, not tell me what I should and shouldn’t eat. Thank you.
Don’t eat at McDonald’s its really fatty and gross for you if your a calorie counter you should run away from fast food
