What is the best way to tell salon/day spa guests to not bring children?

We have a salon/day spa and we dont want customers to bring in children. We have a area that is designated for parties that cater to young girls. We dont want to offend guests but feel that due to the nature of the atmosphere, we do not want children in the salon/day spa

My salon has a sign that says “Unattended children will be given espresso and a free kitten.”

Actually, put up a sign that says something like please leave young children in the care of family members or a responsible adult. Something like that!
