Reflexology: An Effective Alternative Healing Method
Massage therapy is a form of alternative healing. There are different kinds of massage therapy used all over the world. Reflexology is one of the most popular methods of massage therapy practiced today.
Reflexology is an alternative healing method done by applying pressure to the feet and hands, without touching the other parts of the body. The principles of reflexology state that every organ and gland of the body is connected to a certain zone on the hands and feet. That is why reflexology is also referred to as zone therapy. This method of therapy uses hand, finger, and thumb pressing techniques without the use of oil and lotion.

In reflexology, the heart and chest are connected to the area around the ball of the foot.
